How can non-safety staff members become involved in surveillance?

The truth of the matter is safety does not live in a committee or in the senior leaders of an organization. Safety lives at the point of care/point of service throughout the organization.

And the organizations that have the greatest survey success are those that push safety out to the furthest edges of the organization.
