We’re less than two months away from the 4^th Annual Hospital Safety Center Symposium May 6-7, and Life Safety Code compliance will be a key focus of our conference.

 

Brad Keyes, CHSP, life safety consultant at The Greeley Company in Marblehead, MA, will present “How to apply interim life safety measures to construction and nonconstruction deficiencies.”

 

Keyes will look at various Life Safety Code deficiencies with an eye towards how to best assess them for ILSMs. For example, removing suspended ceiling tiles while leaving sprinklers in the same position warrants an ILSM review because the missing tiles no longer act as a heat trap for proper sprinkler activation.

 

As a new option this year, attendees can join us for the Hospital Safety Center Symposium in person in Las Vegas or virtually via a live Webcast of the program over your computer. Virtual attendees will still enjoy full access to all course materials and the ability to ask questions remotely.
